Starting temp 50, DP 43, ending temp 55, DP 42. Wind from west at 12 MPH. Pollen of 8.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to the Oak Street loop and back. Felt sluggish with high HR, just like the last time I did platelet lysate.
Wore the new neurologic insoles - all they did was irritate the bottoms of my feet.
L/R balance at 47.8/52.2. Right heel got very electric/nervy.
