Notes
Temp 57, DP 47 - brisk wind from the NE (16 MPH, according to Garmin).
Did 2x3200 in 12:51 (6:29/6:22) and 12:42 (6:24/6:18) - essentially solo for both. Definitely still feeling Army - tired. I was going to do 3200, 1600, but I ended up locking back into the same pace for the second rep, and so I decided to just do a second 3200. I'm glad I did - felt better by the end than I did when I started.
Breathing was OK, though not perfect -still some ragweed. Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and maple bacon and smores GUs - sat well.
