Temp of 43. A bit breezy, but nice weather. Kept this one very easy. Felt like I was running slow, but that's the point.
Ran from Mint to 34th and M, then did drills and strides on Towpath. From there ran to MV trail, then across Roosevelt to Rock Creek. Took Rock Creek up to the Zoo, then looped around and back to Calvert for hill sprints. Then back to Mint.
