Supposedly temp of 64, DP of 60, but felt a LOT muggier.
Did a 6 mile tempo on the Capital Crescent, aiming for hitting a specific effort, rather than paces.
Tempo was 6 miles in 42 flat, for 7:00 pace. Splits were 7:20 (uphill), 7:07 (uphill), 6:52 (downhill), 6:56 (downhill), 7:06 (uphill), 6:40 (downhill). Splits seem a bit off, but that's due to the uphill/downhills of the trail. Hit and held the right effort, so that was good. Time ain't spectacular, but given the 4 hours of sleep last night, the 3 hair pin turns, the (perceived humidity) and the ragweed, I'll take it.
Followed with squats 3x8 (85, 105, 120)
