Temp 64, DP 57. Something in the air - allergies hitting both Sharon and myself fairly hard. Met Sharon at 16th and U, and ran down to P st to pick up Rock Creek. Took Rock Creek to the Zoo and back to Calvert, and then took Columbia over to 16th, where we split - I ran down 16th to 17th to get to yoga.
Used HRM to keep HR at 150 or lower.
