Starting temp 70, DP 66; ending temp 71, DP 67. Wind from south at 3 mph; pollen of 2.
Took Taylor to Fairfax to Bluemont Trail to Bluemont Park - met group up there and ran up the W&OD to Oak Street before running home via W&OD and Custis. Felt the humidity and let my HR get too high; made a point of really backing off on the Custis to try to get the HR back down some.
Drills and 2 strides after.
L/R balance at 49.8/50.2; wore toe spacers.
