Notes
Temp/DP 45 degrees; steady to heavy rain, wind from north at 10 mph.
Did the 2x5 on Hains point, going first counterclockwise and then clockwise. I was OK at first and then I got hypothermic (my waterproof rain jacket is no longer water proof). I'm still OK with the run - I got it done, my fitness is there, and recovery is very quick from hypothermic workouts.
Splits were 38:39 (7:45/7:39/7:46/7:47/7:42) and 39:19 (7:44/7:53/7:57/7:49/7:56) with 1 mile float in 8:23.
Wore rainjacket over sportsbra and thin tights - definitely should have worn shorts.
L/R balance was 50/50 - wore big toe spacers.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, maurten drink, and maurten/UCAN gels - sat well. No nutrition during run.
