Starting temp 74/DP 72; ending temp 78/DP 74. No wind, overcast skies.
From home, took Custis out west to Custis circle, then east to MV trail down to Roosevelt Island. Ran around Roosevelt Island for a bit and then jogged up to near Golds Rosslyn. Forgot to do drills after.
L/R balance at 51.2/48.8; wore toe spacers.
wore arm coolers - they helped some.
