Did a tempo workout of 2x10 minutes with 2 minute recovery; 2x5 minutes with 1 minute recovery. All tempo at 8.5 MPH (7:04 pace); recoveries at 6.1 MPH (9:51 pace). After full recovery, did two short bouts of 90 seconds at 9.0 MPH (6:40 pace) with 30 second recovery.
