Starting temp 74, DP 69, ending temp 79, DP 67, bright sun.
Took Custis to W&OD to East Falls Church loop and back to MM 2 on Custis, where I did drills and four hill sprints. Then I jogged home and did two strides.
Got dehydrated, so HR jumped up.
