Temp 74, DP 73. Did 6x800, working with Jenn, Brent, Bradford, Jamey, Dave, and Sarah, plus Jake for later parts.

Because of the conditions, and the forecast great weather for later this week, I ran this one pretty cautiously. I felt there was no reason to hammer these and risk digging myself into a hole, especially since I'm not going to be racing at anything near this speed for the next few months. Better to pull back here and stay safe, and set myself up for the more important workouts later this week. Splits were 3:05, 3:01, 2:57, 2:59, 2:57, 2:51.

Part of me debated whether to go for a 7th, but I decided not to - really no need, for the reasons noted above. Given the weather and the relative unimportance of this workout, this was a good one to keep minimal.

Breathing was good despite the weather - Advair 250/50. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, coconut stroopwafel and salted caramel and toasted marshmallow GUs - it sat very well.
