Temp of 38; strong winds -- especially for mile.

I did this as an abbreviated slow and careful workout to test out the shin. It and the calf were a bit stiff after, but nothing of major concern. Reassuring from a fitness perspective -- I didn't feel at all taxed, and HR didn't hit normal tempo levels. Did two miles (6:40/6:31) then a mile (6:30 - wind was ridiculous).

(massively bloated from darn Naproxen -- also had to take 4 swigs of Pepto to keep acid reflux under some control)

Followed with good mornings at gym (3x10 at 95) plus other injury prevention stuff (skipped squats so as not to push tight calf). Then hit pool for hard intervals.
