Temp 32, DP 27. Great weather, but I felt a bit flat. I think I was trying too hard to run faster, instead of relaxing into the pace. I feel like I'm fitter than this right now - I'm just not flowing.
Did 2000, 4x800, 2x200 in 7:58, 2:59, 3:02, 3:00, 3:01, 41, and 41, working with David K and Maddie, and trailing Brent, Tony, Lindsay, Beth, David M.
Breathing was OK - Did Advair 250/50, but I felt like I didn't get a good gulp. Used rescue twice before workout to be careful.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, French toast and salted caramel Gus, and coconut stroopwafel - sat well.
Right post tib got sore for a few moments on cooldown, then settled. Seems OK now (a few hours later)
