Starting temp 52, DP 44; ending temp 60, DP 42. Wind from north at 5 mph.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Oak Street loop, then back down the W&OD over to the Bluemont Junction trail, which I took to Wilson Blvd to Golds Ballston. Drills and four strides after.
No HRM, so HR information here was bad, and no L/R balance
