Temp 73, DP 70. Worked in a group with Katie, Jillian, Jessicas S and C, and Jesse (maybe some others that I don't remember).

As always, treated the workout as a drill - powerful knee lift on the way up; and also lifting the knees more on the stride on the way down, keeping recovery jogs slow. Felt pretty good - so much better than last week. Maybe a fluke, more likely the rest and maybe the iron supplements. Debated going for 8, but George and I agreed that it didn't make sense to max out the reps this week given that I was overcooked not too long ago. But really nice to finish a workout feeling this good.

Followed with drills at track, and then injury prevention work at Golds, including squats (3x6 parallel at 135, 160, 160)and single leg deadlifts (2x5 with 20 pound bar).

One puff of Dulera in the morning. Sciatica definitely still bugging me a bit, though better than Sunday. Right calf also slightly tight.
