Temp 79, DP 70. Ran from Down Dog to 14th and U, then down to S and back to Down Dog via Wisc, adding a loop to the water fountain and back. After yoga, did another 3.5 by doing the GW loop then out on Cap Crescent back on towpath.
Used HR monitor to keep HR at 150 or lower (though it climbed at times on the uphill
