Starting temp 56, DP 55; ending temp 65, DP 61. Wind of 3 mph from SW.
Parked at Glebe and Chain Bridge and ran across Chain Bridge to pick up the towpath. I took the towpath to Georgetown and back, then waited for the park run to start. Since they started late, I just jogged some on the Cap Crescent and then took the tow path out past the Chain Bridge before heading back to my car.
Lots of dodging chaotic kids, which was good for me.
L/R balance at 49.5/50.5 - wore toe spacers.
