Notes
Temp 70, DP 68 - a bit of rain, and fairly windy. Did a solo workout on the track - 4x(800, 400). Splits were 3:00, 87, 3:02, 88, 2:58, 88, 3:01, 85.
Felt sluggish and off throughout - just too stiff and fighting against the wind. Not my most enjoyable workout.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and triberry GU. Some GI issues.
Breathing was Advair, 2 puffs of Qvar, and two puffs of rescue, plus one more puff of rescue during workout - breathing just not good.
