Temp 61, dp 48. Nice easy run with Jessica - M to Pennsylvania to 23rd to Virginia to Constitution, then back down Rock Creek to Water Street, before crossing the Key Bridge and running to Jessica's. Then finished by running back across Key Bridge, and doing drills and strides, plus 4 hill repeats.
Followed with light injury prevention work at gym, including straight-legged deadlifts (4x5 at 15)
