Temp/DP 66. At WL. 3x1K at tempo/10K effort (slowed by humidity and shoes). Splits were 4:03, 4:03, 4:01. Testing out the Liberate Nitros.
Shoes also came untied easily.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Breathing was OK - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
L/R balance was 50.2/49.8
