Temp and DP 55; wind of 9 MPH from south. Did 2.5 Pershing loops, turning at Monroe during the third loop and then running to the Custis, where I did 6 steep hill sprints before taking the Custis home.
Left knee a bit twingy at the hamstring attachment - really engaging my right glute seemed to help with that one.
Did drills after.
Visibility poor until the sun came up.
