Temp 40, DP 32, wind from north at 10 mph. Pollen of 10.1.

Workout was 2x(1600, 800) and then 1-2x400. I did 2x(1600, 800) and then 2x200. Splits were 6:44, 3:15, 6:38, 3:11, 45, and 45. 5:0x recoveries after the 1600s and 2:44 recovery after the first 800; full recovery for the 200s. Ran with Juan and Andrea while following a pack of Mollie, David M, and others. Felt mostly good, but toes were a bit curly at points.

Wore tights and longsleeve - comfortable.

Breakfast was rice, cereal, chocolate and razz clif gels - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue. Had a hard time catching my breath after the second 1600.

1 capsule rytary and 0.5 mg rasagiline at 4:10 am

L/R balance 48.8/51.2 - wore big toe spacer.
