Notes
Temp 73, DP 60. Wind from north at 7 MPH.
Workout was 2x(1600, 800) +2x400. I ran 6:42, 3:10, 6:33, 3:04 with long recoveries (over 6 minutes after the 1600, and 3:23 after first 800s). Then did 2x200 in 44 and 43 (into headwind). Ran primarily with Lauren, JD, and Nick.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus one puff of inhaler. Short of breath, but it wasn't asthma.
No ankle braces - L/R balance at 49.2/50.8
