Temp 55, DP 54. Track workout of 1600, 1200, 800, 3x400 (half distance recoveries between each). Was really pleasantly surprised by splits and my ability to hang with group 1 -- "what the heck am I doing next to you?"
Splits were 6:08, 4:27, 2:46, and then 80, 81, 80 for the 3x400. The last 400s were hard and I fought a bit -- I'm not sure how much of that was from fatigue, and how much from starting to overthink a bit at the end. But a very good workout.
2 puffs of inhaler before. I did a 3 mile warm-up at a faster pace, and I thought it was helpful.
Followed with good mornings (2x20 at 40, 1x10 at 95) and single leg glute press (2x5 at 130). Couldn't squat, as cage was tied up.
