Temp 49, DP 45. Did 3200, 1600 on track, working with Karina and Stephanie, who were doing 4 (I just hopped out at 2 and then jumped back in for their last mile). Ran 12:47 (6:25/6:22) and 6:16.
Not my best workout. Breathing was tough and I was running a bit tense. I need to relax more when running in a group - it always makes me tense.
One puff foradil in morning, several puffs of Albuterol both halfway through warm-up, and just before tempo. Breathing very tough.
