Temp 35, DP 29. no wind.
Parked at tennis center and did 2x4 miles at marathon effort, split as:
Set 1: 29:31 - average pace 7:23;
1 mile float in 8:15
Set 2: 29:09 - average pace 7:17.
This felt good, even if I had to think about my gait some.
L/R balance at 47.6/52.4
Breakfast was rice, cereal, 3 black cherry shot bloks, maurten gel and chocolate clif gel - some stomach issues before, but fine for run. No nutrition during run
Breathing was great - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
1 tab sinemet at 4:30 am - did wear off right at the end of the run
wore tights and thick longsleeve - maybe slightly warm. If I was racing I would have wanted tights and a tank top + armwarmers.
