DP and temp of 63. Ran from boathouse down waterfront and back down towpath to 34th, then did drills and strides before heading out towpath to Fletchers. Then continued to mile marker 8 on Cap Crescent before turning and heading back down Cap Crescent, doing a mile pick up to 10K pace from mile marker 9 to 10. Sinuses/ chest bothering me - *sigh*
