Temp/DP 68, wind of 7 mph from southwest, pollen of 3.1

Did 2x1600, 4x800 - worked with Romain and Thomas for first part; soloed the final two 800s.

Splits were 6:10, 5:59, 2:57, 2:58, 2:57, 2:54. Recoveries of 4:39 and 4:30 after the 1600s, 2:17-2:25 after the 800s.

Felt strong but tired - legs definitely don't have the top end speed that they did a few weeks ago. These felt very controlled and aerobic, and I could have cranked out a few more at the same pace. But I really doubt I could break 5:30 for the mile right now. Which makes sense, since I'm not training for that right now.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and berry and smores GUs - I had some minor GI distress, but I think that was from the beef jerky I ate the day before, not breakfast.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 1 puff of rescue 10 minutes before. Breathing was OK; I've had better days.
