Temp 43, DP 41, no wind.
Did 5x1200, and then a faster 400, trailing faster groups. Splits were 5:21, 5:10, 5:06, 5:05, 5:07, 1:41, with 2:19 recovery after the first and 2:4x recovery after all others.
First lap of each rep felt good, and then hips would weaken and feet curl.
L/R balance was 48.9/51.1
Wore thin tights and long sleeve - maybe could have gone with shorts.
Breakfast was rice, cereal, razz and chocolate clif shots, and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and then 2 puffs of rescue. Definitely need the Qvar.
1 capsule of Rytary at 4:10
