At JCC - did 2xST default set, and then 1700 as 5x(3x100 on 1:55), with 50 kick between each, followed by ~20 seconds rest. Then 300 cooldown, as 150/100/50 on 2:00. Splits for 100's were around 1:45-1:46 - full breakdown is:
