Temp and DP 58; rain. Ran out Washington to Fairfax connector to Custis to W&OD. Then Gresham to Lee Highway to Rt 7, before picking up the W&OD at West St. Then back down the W&OD and Custis to MM 1.5, then over to the HS and to the track, where I did drills and two strides.
Shoes were soggy and couldn't stay tied. Felt a bit lethargic and sore from moving. Surprised at the pace here. Breathing was great, though.
