Temp 26 (felt colder), DP 8, some wind. Parked in Georgetown and ran down to Hains Point. After stopping by the tennis courts to use the bathroom, did drills and strides, and then a 3 mile tempo clockwise around Hains Point in 19:09 (6:28/6:22/6:19). Was the right effort - hard but not straining. Then jogged back to car.

Wore two layers - compression shorts and tights on the bottom; tank top and jacket on top. Felt just right for the conditions

Breathing was 2 puffs rescue first thing in the morning, then Advair and Qvar. Breathing was very good.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted caramel and french toast Gus, and coconut stroopwafel - sat well.
