At Wl. Warmed up with pyramid 50/100/150/100/50, then did extended drill set (2x50 kick, 50 catch-up, 50 one armed, 100 paddles/buoy/band, and then another 50 kick). Followed with 600 yards of 75 easy, 25 hard, and then did a final 100 yards at cruise effort.
