Temp 44, DP 29, brisk wind from north. Pollen was 6.6
From Golds Van Ness (Yuma and Connecticut), ran north on Connecticut to McKinley, then across to Western. Took Western to River to the Cap Crescent, then took Wisconsin back down to Military to Connecticut. Drills and four strides after. Felt OK. Not great, not awful.
