Temp 25, DP 18, wind of 12 MPH from north.
Parked at W&OD and Columbia Pike and ran out and back on W&OD. Didn't feel great - gait is stiff, hamstrings both tight, shoulder twingy and tight. HR also elevated - not sure if that's stress, me thinking about the race, or from my shoulder hurting and throwing my gait off.
