Notes

At Mint, 1.5% incline. Inside of left ankle hurt some intermittently, but never quite bad enough to make me quit. Feels like a tendon on the inside. To be careful, I completed my cooldown with 5 minutes on the bike.

I note that, though I felt sluggish before the workout, I felt great during it, and had to up the speed to get my HR near LT zone.
