Temp 59, DP 54. Tempo on track. Was planning on running a "chill 4", but ended up hanging with a group (Jessica Chin and Jillian) who were fitter than I was. I was straining a bit to keep the pace, so shut it down at 5K with them rather than dig myself into a hole. Mental note to do better next week. I'm getting fitter, but not that fit.
