Temp 42, DP 33. Parked under Whitehurst near Jack's Boathouse and ran out and back into Rock Creek, turning at Beach Drive. Ran with Ali - was fun to catch-up. A bit stiff from yesterday's workout and Wednesday's prolo. Drills and four strides after.
