Temp 40, DP 30. Really nice weather.
Tried the track workout - did 5x800 and then a 400 and 2x200 - did drills between each 800 to see if they would help.
Legs just would not work at first, but mechanics got better with each 800. Splits were 3:48, 3:38, 3:24, 3:20, 3:19, 95, 48, and 49. It felt like I just could not lift my knees, and then I could.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar. Breathing fine.
L/R balance at 48.1/51.9
Wore longsleeve and tights - perfect for the weather.
