Starting temp 59, DP 52; ending temp 63, DP 52. Wind from south at 3 mph.
Parked near aquarium in Duluth and ran out and back on lakefront path. Gait REALLY off at first but improved - I definitely needed the 6 miles to feel good.
1 capsule Rytary at 4:45 am and 0.5 mg rasagiline at 5:30 am
L/R balance was 50.9/49.1; wore toe spacers
Wore longsleeve and gloves - comfortable at start, warm at end.
Drills and four strides after.
