Temp 29, DP 27, no wind.
Did 6x800, 2x200, following different groups at different times. Splits were 3:38, 3:28, 3:25, 3:19, 3:18, 3:17, 47, and 47. Recoveries of 2:0x-2:5x between 800s; full recovery for 200s.
Breakfast was rice, vanilla and chocolate clif gels, and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.
Wore tights and heavy longsleeve - right for conditions.
