Starting temp 54, DP 42; ending temp 63, DP 46. Wind of 5 MPH from sw. Pollen of 9.4.
From home, took Custis to W&OD to Columbia Pike and back, then took Custis to MM 2.5 and back to 2, where I stopped for 6 hill sprints. Then jogged home. Drills after.
Wore longsleeve and light tights and was surprisingly comfortable.
