On Treadmill - used Stryd for distance/pace (looked partway through, and the Stryd had recalibrated itself, which explains why the same pace on the treadmill was giving me a slower footpod pace with each run....So fixed that by turning calibration off)
Did 8 hill repeats:
2:00 at 9.1 speed with 3.0 incline
1:30 at 6.7 speed with 0.5 incline
0:30 at 10.2 speed with 0.5 incline
1:00 at 6.7 speed with 0.5 incline
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and tastefully nude GUs; sat well.
Breathing was Advar 250/50 and Qvar.
