Temp 33, DP 24. Really nice weather. Ran with big group up to Bethesda, and then back down to Fletchers with Sharon, Jessica M, Jesse G, Kevin, and Joe. Felt really good - had to ride the brakes at the end and still went too fast. But, no hip pain from the down-hill - apparently the Capital Rehab stuff is working.
Left plantar slightly pulling during run, right plantar stiff and slightly sore after.
