Temp and dewpoint of 71 made for very sticky conditions.
Did a 4 mile tempo (knew better than to try 5 in 100% humidity) in 27:27 for 6:55 pace. Splits of 7:00/6:48/6:55/6:44. So, a bit uneven, but got it done. Did have a bit of breathing troubles towards the end that I worked out of, and was really winded after.
Two puffs of inhaler+pepto before. Also did a Chocolate-Mint Gel before workout -- half before warm-up jog, other half before workout.
I carried my water bottle with me, and used it to dowse myself as I ran. It seemed to help.
