Temp 43, DP 33, wind from NW at 12 MPH.
Did 1600, 5x800, 4x200 in 6:54, 3:16, 3:14, 3:17, 3:16, 3:16, and then 47, 48, 46, 47.
~5 minute recovery after 1600; 2:38-3:03 recovery after 800s, full recovery for 200s.
L/R balance was 48.8/51.2
Felt unstable at first during 1600, then improved, But still mechanically limited.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs, and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue.
Wore longsleeve and shorts - right call.
