Notes
Temp 47, DP 45, wind of 9 MPH from north.
Took the Custis to the W&OD to loop around east Falls Church (Van Buren/Columbia/Noland/Rt 7/Lee Highway/W&OD/Van Buren) and then back to the Custis to MM 2.5 and back to MM 2. Did 6 hard hill sprints before jogging home. Did drills after.
Taped right ankle with KT tape for an ankle sprain over the leukotape - it seemed to help some with the downhill running.
