Temp 64, DP 62. 8K tempo on the track, working with Juan, Dan, and Heather (on and off - she was doing cruise intervals, I think). I felt really lousy, like I'm still fighting something off, but this went well. After a very slow start (1:46 for the first quarter), we dropped it down. Splits were 6:48/6:37/6:35/6:27/6:26 -32:53 for the tempo.
This was hard, but not straining. And it's my best tempo in quite some time, so yay.
One puff foradil in the morning, plus a little bit of a caramel machiato gu (too strong for me, so only had a bit of it). 3 puffs of inhaler right before workout.
