Temp 30, DP 17. Did tempo workout of 2, 1, focusing on my back rather than pace. For that reason, started very cautiously, as I wanted to be sure I didn't run any faster than I could hold form together. Kept my gait together for the most part, though I did start to lose it slightly towards the end of each run.
Did 13:26 for the 3200 (split as 6:58/6:28), and then 6:16 for the 1600.
One puff of Dulera in the morning.
