37 and rainy. Ran from Bethesda out the Cap Crescent to Silver Spring, and then back to Jones Mill before heading up the Beach Drive trail past the Mormon Temple. Then turned around and headed back to Bethesda. Felt lousy - rain plus lingering fatigue from cold.
